Admin Contracts Clerk

Admin Contracts Clerk, Finance Department (100% head office based)
The successful candidate for the Admin Contracts Clerk will be responsible for checking security systems service contracts and CCTV monitoring contracts. Candidates should be methodical with a strong attention to detail.
Admin Contracts Clerk role –
* Review existing customer contracts making sure the costings are in line with current expenditures.
* PO Management
* Track issued contracts to ensure customer signatures are in place.
* Look at existing customer contract upgrades.
* Work with the sales team in order to offer customers new contract terms.
* Suggest recommendations for contract changes.
* Point of contact for all customer reviews.
* Ad hoc duties and responsibilities.
Essential skills needed for the Admin Contracts Clerk
* Previous knowledge of contract renewals desirable (preferably 1+ years).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Numerical competency.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
* Good keyboard skills.
For the Admin Contracts Clerk, AlertSystems offers -
* 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
* £26,000 p.a.
* 22 days holiday per annum + Bank Holidays + an extra day off for your birthday.
* Holidays increasing with length of service.
