Astute's Nuclear team is collaborating with the leading provider of sealing solutions for cable and pipe transits to recruit a Technical Sales Manager in North of England & Central belt of Scotland.
The Technical Sales Manager role will involve working with key players in the MOD and Marine industry to expand the company's brand and generate new business. This role is hybrid working and comes with a company car and an amazing bonus structure.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager you will:
Identify and target key MOD, marine and offshore projects within the region.
Focus on building relationships with owners, operators, engineers, contractors, and resellers.
Promote solutions by engaging with engineers in various fields (electrical, control, mechanical, etc.) through technical presentations, site visits, and training sessions.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Attend industry events to network and find new opportunities.
Work on both traditional and modular construction projects.
Drive sustainable sales growth by securing specifications and providing ongoing support throughout project lifecycles.
Using the CRM system to manage customer interactions and provide regular sales forecasts and insights to management.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proven sales experience, preferably with technical solutions.
Knowledge of the marine, offshore, and defence industries is preferred.
Experience in business development with a focus on building relationships and securing new clients.
Ability to manage long-term sales projects and travel for work as required.
Salary and benefits of the Technical Sales Manager role
Salary ranges from £45,000 - £60,000 DOE
Company car and accommodation allowance
Up to 40% bonus structure
