Therapeutic Radiographer
Location: South UK (Shropshire)
Contract length: 6 months with view to extend
Rate: Band 6
Full time, Mon - Fri 9-5
Spencer Clarke Group is recruiting a Therapeutic Radiographer in Shropshire, to provide radiotherapy services to cancer patients. You will work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver treatment while maintaining patient safety and comfort, and participating in CPD
Role Responsibilities:
Monitor the health of the patient undergoing treatment and inform senior professionals within the organisation of any problems or concerns.
Dispense pharmaceutical preparations strictly according to patient group directives.
Document and report any deviations from prescribed treatment, record observations and comments in the patient's treatment file, sign and date these annotations.
Negotiate appropriate treatment appointment times with patients on a day-to-day basis.
