Do you love telling stories through video? Video plays an essential part in connecting with others, s o it naturally plays a big part in how we learn too. We are looking for a talented videographer to join us on a fixed term contract , creating compelling video to support key learning projects.
A bit about the job:
As a videographer /multimedia designer within the digital learning team, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content to enhance digital learning experiences.
You will work with the wider digital learning design team on learning projects supporting the whole business .
One day you may plan and film a panel discussion or interview , the next, editing footage into an engaging trailer video . No two projects are the same in this varied and exciting role.

Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Filming: Proven experience as a videographer, plan ning and shoot ing engaging video content in a range of styles including talking head interviews, B-roll, trailers, and more.
- Editing: Strong portfolio , ideally showcasing a range of video, motion graphics, and animation work.
- Multimedia d esign: Proficiency in relevant design tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Visual storytelling: Strong understanding of design principle s, storytelling, and a proven ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling video.

- Salary Circa £30,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
