Location: St Albans
Day Rate: £250

Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Site Manager in overseeing and delivering fit-out projects from start to finish.
* Ensuring health and safety compliance is maintained at all stages.
* Coordinating schedules and managing subcontractors and suppliers to meet tight project timelines.
* Monitoring quality and workmanship to ensure the fit-out meets client specifications and standards.
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering trust and ensuring smooth project delivery.
What’s Needed for This Role:
* Proven experience in fit-out projects, ideally in commercial or workspace environments.
* Strong organisational and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage fast-paced projects.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with diverse teams.
* A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality finishes.
* Relevant qualifications, such as SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid
