Job Description
OHUK are currently looking for an experienced MEP planner to join one of the UKs leading MEP sub contractor who work within the; Healthcare, science, commercial, industrial and high end residential sector throughout London.
This is a full time position with aN option of a hybrid set up, their HO being based in Central London.
Duties:
* Ensuring that the programme content is fully compliant with the planning procedures
* Identifying planning scope, major constraints and requirements of contract
* Identifying any factors affecting the programme
* Establishing and agreeing with Operations construction outputs and agree with working hours
* Producing and documenting the planning deliverables including programmes, presentations and reports
* Producing the Tender Programme and supporting information in accordance with the tender requirements
* Developing overall programmes, issuing to all parties for review and implementing recommendations, innovation and best practice as applicable
* Reconciling company and sub-contract plant/labour and major materials elements in conjunction where appropriate Applying resource levelling techniques as necessary
Requirements:
* Thorough MEP experience
* Current Knowledge of ASTA software
* Previous experience needed within high valued MEP projects
