Atrium Healthcare is seeking experienced Senior Healthcare assistants who want to make a positive difference to the healthcare sector. We are supporting some of the most prestigious Care Homes and support units in the UK and continue to offer outstanding person-centred care daily. We support adults in various settings such as residential, Nursing, and clinical facilities with daily tasks such as personal cares, companionship, and other complex needs. We are seeking individuals who want to join our fantastic team and continue to represent Atrium Healthcare to the highest of standards and deliver person centred care to all service users we support.
The successful candidate will have:
·The ability to lead and direct a team of carers on shift
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·A passion to support and care for others
·A drive to learn and develop
·Flexibility to work
·A minimum of 6 months UK care experience as a senior
·The right to work in the UK
·Commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
·Ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously
·Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situations
·Provide a supportive and structured environment that promotes positive change.
·A sense of humour and the ability to bring a smile to the service users face!
·A can-do attitude
·Excellent timekeeping skills

The Key Responsibilities of the job role:
·Administering medication
·Leading a shift
·Directing a team of staff with the daily routine
·Provide one-to-one support and supervision to individuals.
·Aid all services users in need of assistance
·Promoting independence to residents with day-to-day decisions (clothing, bathing etc)
·Work collaboratively with other staff members and professionals.
·Maintain accurate records and documentation of interventions and outcomes
·Provide emotional support and practical assistance to individuals to help them achieve their goals and aspirations
·Work closely in a holistic approach to care
·Attending social outings when required - cinema, appointments etc
