Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of an esteemed international architectural practice seeking an Architect or Senior Architect to join their London studio. This opportunity is ideal for an ARB-registered Architect (or equivalent) with over 2 years of experience working on technical stages of residential projects, specifically RIBA stages 4-5.
The Role:
This position focuses on the detailed design and delivery phases of large-scale residential schemes. The successful candidate will bring strong technical detailing skills and solid Revit proficiency to deliver complex projects through construction. This is an office-based role, located in London on the Elizabeth Line, where you’ll work closely with the team to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage stages 4-5 of large-scale residential projects.
*
Develop technical details and oversee construction documentation with precision and accuracy.
*
Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
*
Utilise Revit to produce high-standard technical drawings and coordinate with construction teams.
About You:
*
ARB-registered Architect (or international equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years+ of post-qualified experience.
*
Strong technical detailing skills, with proven experience in residential project delivery at construction stages.
*
Proficiency in Revit is essential, with a solid understanding of BIM processes.
*
Previous experience on large-scale residential schemes is highly desirable.
