Care Team Leader - Chester and Surrounding Areas
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum

We are looking for an exceptional Care Team Leader to join a well-established care provider in Chester and the surrounding areas. If you have a minimum of two years of experience in the health and social care sector and are ready to take on a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Role Overview: Care Team Leader
As a Care Team Leader, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional care services. Your responsibilities will include:
Meeting and assessing new service users to understand their needs.
Conducting client reviews and risk assessments to ensure high standards of care.
Handling queries and maintaining effective communication with the office.
Supervising, mentoring, and performing spot checks on field staff.
Upholding and enforcing high standards of care in line with company values, code of conduct, and ethos.
Key Requirements:
NVQ/QCF Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
At least 2 years of experience in the health and social care sector.
Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
Strong communication skills and the ability to develop others’ knowledge and skills.
A proactive approach to improving customer satisfaction.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with staff, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Good IT skills and willingness to participate in on-call and backup services during out-of-hours periods.
