About the client: My Client is a leading demolition subcontractor known for delivering safe and efficient demolition services across various sectors.
About the role: They are seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of our demolition projects. You will drive profitability, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize project profitability.
* Lead bid preparation and contract negotiations.
* Monitor project budgets and cash flow, ensuring timely invoicing.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
About the requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial management, preferably in the demolition industry.
* Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
