Position: Lead Maintenance Engineer
Contract: Permanent/Full Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Location: Oxford

Role Overview:
As the Lead Maintenance Engineer, you will oversee a team of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, ensuring the efficient delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance. You will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, maintaining high standards, and ensuring the facility operates at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Manage and deliver PPMs and reactive maintenance across the facility.
Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.
Act as the first point of contact for the client and stakeholders, maintaining excellent communication.
Support the development of team members and promote a positive working environment.
Requirements:
Fully qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NVQ Level 3, C&G, or equivalent).
Proven experience in building services maintenance within a commercial environment.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
Strong understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance processes.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
