1st Line IT Support Engineer - Contract Vacancy
Rate: £150 - £160 p/d
Working Location: Witham, Essex - Onsite
Contract Length: 5 weeks (potential for extension)
My client has a requirement for a 1st Line Helpdesk Engineer on a 5 Week contract. The client is a Managed Service Provider who helps Essex businesses and charities to achieve success by keeping systems operational, data secure and teams empowered with the right tools for the job.
They require a 1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer to provide support and 'hit the ground running' during a busy period leading up to Christmas.
Responsibilities
MSP Experience (essential) .
Provide 1st line support for hardware and software issues across multiple endpoints.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues escalated from 1st line support.
External support to clients.
Manage and resolve complex technical incidents and service requests efficiently.
Ensure all issues are logged, prioritized, and resolved working with a ticketing system, phone calls and emails.Technical
Manage Microsoft 365 environments (user management, Exchange, SharePoint, InTune, Teams)
O365 products
ConnectWise
ConnectWise command
Backup servers
