Job Description
Financial Controller, Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, office based, Bridgwater, £(phone number removed) (DOE), company pension scheme, contractual sick pay, 25 days annual leave (increasing with length of service).

Key Responsibilities
Lead a small team, ensuring proffessional development and best performance.
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Handle the year-end audit process.
Key Skills
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Results orientated and attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills and management experience.
Experience in legal or professional services (desirable).
