The Role
As a Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach in Brynmawr, you'll play a key role in supporting individuals as they transition from secure hospital care or youth services into community settings and, ultimately, independent living.
Working alongside the NHS, you'll deliver a 24/7 service, ensuring consistent, person-centred support.
This is a hands-on role where you'll:
Build meaningful, empowering relationships with service users.
Help individuals navigate challenges and develop life skills.
Provide practical and emotional support without clinical interventions.
Work a varied rota, including evenings, weekends, and nights, ensuring 24/7 care and continuity.
