Salary is paying up to £38,000 depending on experience.

About the company:

A well-established maintenance provider who are currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer working on one of their Iconic Contracts in Battersea. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Fabric Engineer to their team.

About the role:

We are looking to take on board a strong Fabric Engineer to work on an Iconic contract based in Battersea, London.

· Mon-Fri (Days) working 08:00 - 16:00

· 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

· Company Pension scheme

· Private Healthcare

Responsibilities:

· You will be part of an Engineering team.

· Painting

· Decorating

· Plastering

· Replacing doors / handles / locks

· Tap temperature readings.

· Replacing lamps

· Basic plumbing

· Emergency light testing

· Carpentry - repairing skirting, doors, furniture assembly

· Minor electrical work - replacing sockets, changing plugs

· Changing filters on AC units

· Assisting/shadowing M&E engineers with larger works

Candidate requirements:

· The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)

· The ideal candidate would have experience working on Healthcare Contracts

· Strong building services background
