Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Position: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: Sevenoaks Office, with projects across Kent, Lewisham, and Surrey
Industry: Residential and Social Housing
Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience? We’re seeking talented professionals to join a dynamic team operating in the residential and social housing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the delivery of quantity surveying services for projects in Kent, Lewisham, and Surrey.
* Assisting in cost management, tender preparation, and contract administration.
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
* Conducting site visits and preparing progress reports.
* Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience in quantity surveying.
* Background: Proven experience in residential and social housing projects is essential.
* Location Flexibility: Based in Sevenoaks with travel to project sites in the specified areas.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
