Experienced IT Recruitment Consultant
Location: Newport, Cardiff, or Bristol (Newport Preferred)

About the Role
As the second hire for our growing IT brand, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing our presence in the tech market. You'll work closely with an experienced team member, sharing expertise, clients, and market knowledge, while also helping to build a foundation for future trainees. What We're Looking For:
Experienced IT Recruiter: Minimum of 1 year in IT
Local Market Knowledge: Ideally, you're based in Newport or nearby in Cardiff/Bristol, and have connections in the local tech scene.
Client and Market Expertise: Understanding of tech recruitment, with a client network you're ready to leverage and expand.
Driven and Growth-Oriented: This is a unique opportunity to shape a brand from the ground up. We're looking for someone excited about growth, who's motivated by success, and wants to make a difference.What You'll Do
Develop and Grow the IT Brand: Help us establish a strong presence in the IT recruitment market by building client relationships and sourcing top tech talent.
