Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
Based: Oxford, Hybrid working (office, site and home)
This is a great opportunity to join our expanding Property & Construction division. You will be working on a variety of interesting, high-profile projects across the Health, Education, Science & Technology sectors, around Oxford / Surrounding areas.
Relevant skills and experience:
- Experience delivering medium to large scale capital projects for either a Consultancy or Client-side organisation (essential),
- Relevant project management / construction qualification (essential),
- Experience of working on Healthcare or Education projects (desirable),
- Membership with the APM/CIOB/RICS (desirable)
- Experience / Qualification in Building Surveying (beneficial),
- Experience procuring contractors,
- Experience managing design teams,
- Experience programming,
- Strong stakeholder management,
