As a Senior Engineer, you will be a crucial part of the project delivery team, overseeing engineering tasks and ensuring high standards of quality and precision. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site engineering tasks, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications and quality standards
• Implement and monitor site control processes, including setting out and quality assurance
• Collaborate closely with the project team to manage resources, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure all engineering activities are compliant with health and safety regulations
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and quality-driven environment
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Engineer in the construction industry, ideally on large-scale projects
• Strong technical skills in site engineering, setting out, and quality control
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong commitment to quality
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire junior engineers
• Relevant engineering qualifications, with membership in a professional body being advantageous
