Role: Senior Designer
Rate: Up to £470/day PAYE
Contract: Until 10/05/2025
Location: London, hybrid
The Global Marketing Communications team is dedicated to developing and completing innovative and effective global marketing across our family of brands. Within this organization, the Creative team is the center of creative excellence, and is responsible for developing high-impact, iconic and culturally relevant creative for consumer marketing, content, and experiences across TV, OOH, social, experiential, and more.
As a senior designer, you will play a key role in defining our creative vision.
What you’ll do:
• Conceive and implement campaigns, produce creative assets, and develop ideas for how our brands value propositions and positioning comes to life
• Partner across the company—with brand strategists, product and technology professionals, producers, customer engagement specialists and more—to develop a deep understanding of our brands
• Help lead and mentor the design team
• Guide art direction to craft meaningful and inspiring work
• Use insights that resolve strategic problems. Develop strong, conceptual, big ideas
• Present work to senior creative leadership and executives
• Evangelize for the power of great creative work to shift perception and drive results
• Work with external partners and agencies
• Can work flexibly and fluidly, build trust with others, and see the big picture while keeping an eye on every detail
• Work alongside the International Creative Director to review design assets ensuring Brand design guidelines are upheld.
• Experience of design QC'ing creative assets
Who you are:
• 6+ years hands-on experience as a Senior Designer
• Have a passion for design, culture and digital trends
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of brand design with experience working with global brands.
• Experienced in brand creation from concept designs to production delivery
• Experience in the creation of building design guidelines and toolkits
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, mobile first design
• Good understanding of industry standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
• Efficient, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines
• Strong multi-tasking skills; able to prioritize own work and manage time effectively
• Articulate and confident in presenting work
• Curious about brand design and the positive impact it can have in the world
• You strive for new creative ways of working and original ideas
