Job Description

WFM Analyst

Location: Remote UK

Duration: 2 months (end of year budget, potential for further extension)

As a WFM analyst, you will contribute to our mission by playing a key role in ensuring that the staffing and productivity data from our vendors in EMEA are accurate and up to date.


You will also make some WFM analysis from a sales perspective to identify trends & opportunities and contribute to the continuous development of our WFM framework.


Responsibilities:

Daily production hours vs target check to ensure staffing level & productivity meet expectations.

Weekly updating & analyzing WFM trackers.

Contribute to insights for WBRs & MBRs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure issues impacting productivity are reported.


Minimum qualifications:

2+ years’ experience in data and reporting

1 + years experience within WFM

Multiple years of experience analyzing data in Excel, Google Sheets, or other tools.

Effective communication skills

Experience in problem-solving

Reliable team player who can work independently
