Job Description
I’m currently working with a top University on the search for an Appeals Consultant for a 3 Month contract working remotely.
This role has come up due to an influx of appeals across the organisation.
Experience required:
- Manage a diverse caseload of appeals, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
- Conduct thorough investigations and analyses to support decision-making.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality standards and university policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in appeals and casework, with a strong understanding of the appeals process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
