About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Urban Planner with a passion for designing innovative cities with international project expertise. Based in our central London office, you’ll be part of a dynamic team delivering cutting-edge urban planning solutions locally and internationally. You’ll lead high-impact projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and be a key player in creating visionary, design-led masterplans that drive the future of urban spaces. Opportunities for overseas assignments and travel are a highlight of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Collaborate: Head multidisciplinary teams with architects, engineers, designers, and landscape architects to deliver exceptional urban planning solutions.
• Strategic Vision: Shape innovative, sustainable masterplans from regional to site-specific levels, contributing to global urban development.
• International Project Management: Drive the execution of international projects, working seamlessly with our global offices.
• Client Engagement: Present bold urban planning ideas to clients, leading workshops and meetings with confidence.
• Mentorship: Support and mentor junior planners and designers, sharing your expertise and inspiring the next generation of urban thinkers.
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure the production of top-tier reports, presentations, and designs, managing tenders and proposals with precision

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of urban planning experience, ideally with international project experience
• A passion for sustainable design and forward-thinking urban solutions.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English.
