Salesforce Consultant | 9-Month Contract | £450 per day | Outside IR35 | Hybrid

We’re working with a major consulting firm on a greenfield Salesforce implementation, This role is Hybrid with 2 days a week in a London office (negotiable), Outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including senior stakeholders, and technical teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop functional flows and business process maps that align with both the business’s needs and Salesforce best practices, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to guide stakeholders through business process redesign and highlight opportunities for improving efficiency using Salesforce.
• Demonstrate soft skills and Salesforce expertise, facilitating clear communication between non-technical stakeholders and the technical team to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on Salesforce configuration, ensuring the platform is optimised for scalability, automation, and user adoption.
• Support the implementation and user adoption of Salesforce features, ensuring a smooth go-live process, while conducting UAT sessions and post-implementation reviews.
