Customer Service Assistant
Milton Keynes
Temp to Perm: £12.65-£14.50 depending on level of experience.
Monday to Thursday: 07:30-16:30
Friday: 07:30-16:00
Our client in Milton Keynes are a well known supplier in the building trade and we are working on their behalf to find them a Customer Service Assistant.
Experience or knowledge of the building trade would be advantageous because the customer base and suppliers that you deal with, will all be within the construction sector.
What will this role involve:
Serving the branch customers, either on the phone or face to face in the trade counter
Providing quotes to the customers,
Following up on these enquiries
Develop sales leads
Keeping up to date with any relevant paperwork and administration
Making sure your product knowledge is up to date to be able to advise customers on the best products available
Looking after product displays and shop areas, making sure they are fully stocked and appealing to our customers
