Job Title: Revit Technician
Location: Manchester
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for a talented Revit Technician to join our dynamic team!
If you are an experienced Revit Technician with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, accurate Revit solutions, we want to hear from you.
About the Role:
As a Revit Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of innovative structural design engineering projects. Whilst only a small team, my client has worked on some incredible projects across Manchester, that are extremely impressive. They work across commercial, residential, stadia, and more.
You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed Revit models, preparing drawings, and working closely with the design engineers. Your ability to manage project information and ensure the integrity of models will be critical to the success of their projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain 3D Revit models and 2D drawings across a variety of building projects
Collaborate with the design team to translate concepts into accurate technical drawings
Ensure all Revit models and drawings comply with industry standards and project requirements
Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as contractors and consultants, to ensure seamless project delivery
Assist in the preparation of project documentation and technical reports
Maintain and manage project file structures and BIM protocols
Resolve any technical issues that arise during the project life cycle
Skills and Experience:
Proficient in Revit (essential)
Previous experience in a similar Revit Technician role within engineering, or construction
Strong understanding of building design
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
Knowledge of BIM standards and protocols
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A relevant qualification is desirable but not essential
