Sales Order Processor (Administration)
Woore, Crewe
Up to £26,000 DOE + 30 Days Holiday Increasing to 33 Days after 1 Year Service (Including Statutory) + Business Performance Related Bonus + Pension + Training
37.5 Hours per week with flexibility to work contracted hours over 5 or 4 days, subject to workload and managers approval.
Sales Order Processor required for a professional and friendly engineering company due to internal promotion. This is a great opportunity to get stuck into a busy and varied role.
Candidates from any administration background are encouraged to apply and any experience of processing orders and liaising with customers, suppliers and couriers would be beneficial.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company’s sales department with administrative duties, which will include communication with customers, receiving and processing orders, and answering any logistics or after-sales enquiries.
Sales Order Processor Role:
• Processing sales orders
• Processing goods return requests
• Answering any non-technical queries
• Communication and rapport building with customers
· Speaking with clients over telephone and via email
Sales Order Processor Candidate:
• Administrative background
• Experience of processing sales orders or similar
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
