Behaviour Support: Promote positive behaviour and address any issues swiftly to ensure a respectful learning atmosphere.
Flexibility: Cover a variety of subjects and year groups, adapting your approach as necessary to meet the needs of different classes.
Inclusive Practice: Support an inclusive learning environment, ensuring all pupils, including those with SEND, are able to access and benefit from the lessons.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Cover Supervisors/General Cover Teachers: Previous experience in a cover role or teaching position, with a confident approach to leading lessons.
