Asbestos Surveyor and Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst
Edinburgh
Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 (Depending on Level)
Join a leading asbestos consultancy firm with a solid decade of growth and expertise in asbestos and water hygiene consulting. As an Asbestos Surveyor or Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst, you’ll be part of a UKAS-accredited team, conducting critical surveys, air testing, and ensuring safe environments across the Central Belt.

* Work across a variety of projects including Industrial, Housing, Healthcare and Commercial
Key Responsibilities
* Perform asbestos surveys including management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys
* Conduct air monitoring, including background, leak, reassurance, and clearance testing
* Complete comprehensive reports on findings, adhering to current asbestos and health and safety legislation
* Conduct site inspections, plan surveys, and ensure top quality in all project work
Requirements
* Minimum BOHS P402 (Surveyor or 402, 403 and P404 (Surveyor Analyst)
* At least 2 years’ experience in asbestos surveying and air monitoring
* Strong understanding of UK asbestos regulations and health and safety protocols
* Proficient in report writing, IT skills, and able to work flexibly on various schedules
* UK driving license required
