Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: Berkshire
Salary: £40k - £45k + package
Sector: Groundworks & Main Contracting Projects
We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Berkshire that specializes in delivering groundworks and main contracting projects across the UK. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the Commercial Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee groundworks and drainage takeoffs
*
Manage and oversee the company's monthly cost report sheets
*
Work alongside the Estimating team to assist in the tendering process when required.
Requirements:
*
Quantity Surveying biased degree
*
At least a year's experience after University working for a Main Contractor in the Surveying department.
