Senior Project Manager - Structures

We represent a global engineering contractor that pushes boundaries with innovative projects and high-quality results. We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to take charge of complex structural projects and ensure they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to our high standards.

Role Overview: As Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of major structural projects. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure every detail aligns with project goals and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the end-to-end delivery of large structural projects.

* Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers for seamless project execution.

* Oversee budgets, schedules, and risk management with precision.

* Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering (or equivalent).

* 8+ years of project management experience in structural engineering.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
