Behaviour Mentor – Pupil Referral Unit - PRU School – Secondary – Lewisham - £85 to £95 per day – Starting ASAP – Full time
* Behaviour Mentor required for a PRU School in Lewisham.
* Behaviour Mentor with a mentoring or coaching background.
* Behaviour Mentor with strong behaviour management skills required.
* Experience in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) environment is ideal, or experience working with Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The Role – Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be mentoring students aged 11 – 19, who have been excluded from mainstream schools, either due to behaviour or a lack of resources. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will act as a role model to students, equipping pupils with important life skills to succeed. For the role, previous mentoring experience will be crucial. Also, strong behaviour management skills is vital, hence prior experience working in a PRU is desirable.
