As part of the Infrastructure Division, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering the newly secured AMP 8 Water Better Rivers Programme framework for a major Utilities company in the Northwest. This is your chance to make a tangible impact, working on projects that improve vital infrastructure and benefit communities.
Responsibilities:
* Take the lead on post-contract project delivery from award through to final account.
* Ensure contracts are administered in line with NEC3/4 requirements, managing communication, payments, compensation events, and programme submissions.
* Oversee and control project budgets, offering proactive and cost-efficient solutions.
* Provide timely and accurate commercial reporting.
* Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
* Build strong client relationships, driving successful outcomes and future collaboration.
* Support internal business development initiatives to contribute to the company’s growth.
Requirements:
* Ability to work up to three days per week in the Warrington office, with flexibility for two days remote working.
* Proven experience delivering and managing NEC3 or NEC4 ECC main Option A, C, or E contracts.
* A strong track record of managing post-contract projects, ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints.
Desirable:
* Experience in water or wastewater projects.
* NEC3 or NEC4 Project Manager accreditation.
