We are currently looking for an experienced Intake & Assessment social worker to meet the increased demand for support services and ensure a smooth intake process for families.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced team that completes comprehensive assessments, manages section 47 enquiries, and initiates court proceedings when necessary. This authorities main goal is to assess and identify the appropriate support for children and families, ensuring swift referrals to the correct support team. For families requiring ongoing support beyond three months, they facilitate a seamless transfer to our Family Support Team.
