Part-time (3-days/week) Legal Counsel role with a large retailer in the Midlands

Excited to be working with this large, well-known retailer in their search for a Legal Counsel.

This role will be considered as a Full time or Part-time role and is based in offices in the East Midlands (commutable from Nottingham, Sheffield and the surrounding areas)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial lawyer, who is looking to expand their remit. The role will be extremely busy, where no one day will ever be the same! You will learn more in 1 year than you would in most other companies in 5 years! You will support across a range of brands working with the individual business units, ranging from: commercial, supply chain, events, marketing, ecommerce, IT & Technology and Francising and Licencing.

The role will suit:

• A commercial lawyer with 2-3 years pqe
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills
• Ability to turn their hand to a mix of commercial issues: Marketing, IP, Disputes, M&A
• Ambitious and a want to learn
