Job Description
I am currently recruiting on behalf of one of our London based property maintenance companies, who are looking for qualified maintenance electricians to work in social housing properties across the East London and Essex area.
The Role
Working on our Peabody contract covering East London and Essex areas, carrying out maintenance and remedial works.
Responsibilities
Undertake routine maintenance and servicing to electrical systems and appliances to required standards
Trace, locate and rectify faults and ensure systems and appliances are left in a safe and serviceable condition
Report all faulty appliances / installations that do not comply with current regulations
Replace electrical sockets and fittings
Replace consumer units
Rewire domestic properties both occupied and void Requirements:
Electrician with 18th edition Minimum
Level 3 NVQ
Experience in Social Housing
Clean Full Driving licenseBenefits
Annual holiday; 22 days increases after 1 years' service to a maximum of 5 days
