Job Description
Integrity Education Solutions are supporting a Multi-Academy Trust who are seeking to appoint a Senior Leader (Maths Specialist) within one of their secondary schools based in Northamptonshire on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.
This will be an immediate start for the right person, however they would consider a January 2025 start for the right person.
As the Senior Leader - Maths Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the Maths department and will contribute to the school’s overall leadership. You’ll be responsible for driving high standards in teaching, supporting curriculum development, and fostering a culture of excellence in mathematics across all year groups. You will also be given some Trust-wide responsibilities alongside your daily responsibilties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the Maths department, ensuring outstanding teaching and learning practices.
* Drive innovative approaches in curriculum planning and delivery to inspire a love for maths.
* Provide strong leadership, supporting staff professional development and mentoring future leaders.
* Collaborate with the senior leadership team to enhance school-wide academic performance and outcomes.
About You:
* A proven leader in education, ideally with experience in a senior leadership role.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong background in Maths education.
* A track record of raising standards and delivering excellent results in Maths.
* Passionate about driving continuous improvement and fostering an inclusive, high-achieving learning environment
Salary: £62,000 - £75,000 (Dependent on experience)
