Salary: Negotiable, DOE

Employment Type: Full-Time, 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Main Responsibilities:
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage new starter and leaver processes, including inductions and exit documentation.
- HR Data and Reporting: Update and maintain HR systems, including Time and Attendance databases, ensuring data accuracy and providing regular reports as required.
- HR Documentation: Prepare and manage HR-related correspondence, such as contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.
- Audit and Compliance Support: Assist with compliance checks and audit preparation in line with company and legal requirements.
- General HR Support: Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as directed by the HR Manager.
- Experience: Previous experience in HR functions is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems, including payroll and benefits management, is preferred.
- Organisation and Communication: Strong organisational skills and an ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
