Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to EU Customer, Business planning and Edgewell Customs Brands (ECB) Director, you'll drive growth for the EU Edgewell business. You will be responsible for developing our brands and ECB business for existing and new customers across Europe.

Here’s What You’ll Get Up To
- Pan European customer management: responsible for the development and growth of new and existing pan European customers.
- Drive new business development in emerging spaces for the on-demand delivery channel including partnerships with retailers and other manufacturers.
- Lead EU collaboration and joint business agreements with strategic customers partners.
- Develop and lead pan European customer negotiation strategies and ensure alignment of the goals and maximize NS and profitability.
- Alignment on international customer management: responsible for defining pan European strategies across the hubs in EU.
- Drive best practice go to market execution across all markets within Europe including ranging strategies, pricing corridors and framework agreement strategies.
- Drive thought leadership, repeatable models, best practice sharing, and playbook development across regions and markets.
- Build network with external partners and non-competitors, being the voice & champion of commercial internally and externally, engaging others in the vision for the business and setting up clear priorities and deliverables for the team.
- Lead, develop, inspire your team, championing their personal growth, be accountable for their input and expanding their knowledge of the broader marketing landscape.
- Tools development for the wider European sales team: responsible for the monitoring of the activity.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to build advanced analytics capabilities aiming to make smarter, faster decisions that will enable faster growth and optimized commercial investments.
- Inspiring the sales and market teams and retailers with compelling category stories and plans to deliver their growth ambitions.
Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a commercial or consumer goods company. In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of building challenger brands as a Sales or Commercial Director.
- Significant experience in a blue chip FMCG experience in Market.
- Experience of managing scale customers across EU markets.
- A passion for the power of commercial activity in unlocking value growth.
- Being curious about commerce and being prepared to push the boundaries to challenge what is possible.
- Be able to analyse data and identify deep insights that can be used to inform future strategies and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills that can persuasively sell-in strategies to senior cross-functional stakeholders.
- Hunts, cultivates, nurtures and grows relationships with key customers.
