We’re seeking dedicated LPNs to join our team for 8-12 week assignments with both day and night shifts available.

Facility: Adara Living Facility
Location: 12975 Sheridan Blvd, Broomfield, CO
Shifts:

Day Shift (6a-6p): 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors
Night Shift (6p-6a): Memory care and general care on various floors
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 36 hrs/week guaranteed

Pay Rates

Local LPN: $38/hr

Requirements:

Patient Ratio: 1:20, skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required.
EMR: Point Click Care (PCC) system in place – experience required.


Flexible Orientation: 12 hours tailored for a smooth start.
Scrubs: Any color – personalize your style!
