Chief Operating Officer

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) for this retail business is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the 4 stores and distribution centers. They work to ensure that the business is running efficiently and effectively, and that customer orders are fulfilled on time and at the desired cost.
Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing operations: Managing the day-to-day operations of the business, including supply chain management, inventory optimization, and workforce planning
• Collaborating with other executives: Working with the CEO to ensure that the company's goals are executed effectively
• Developing strategies: Creating and implementing strategies, procedures, and business plans to enhance company growth
• Managing talent: Performing employee reviews and developing corrective action plans if needed
• Setting goals: Working with the executive team to set company performance goals
• Reporting: Preparing and presenting reports to the CEO

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
