Position: Full stack (React/Spring boot)
Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)
Duration: Contract or Hire

Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable web applications using React, Spring boot, and SQL.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong experience with React, Springboot, and SQL.
Experience with other front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
