We are partnered with an excellent to find their next experienced VP of Business Development to oversee and implement strategies for business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead strategic initiatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities focused on custom fixtures market.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with potential and existing clients to secure business partnerships.
  • Drive market expansion by assessing current market trends and penetrating untapped segments.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a robust pipeline of new prospects and projects.
  • Communicate client requirements and expectations effectively to internal teams for seamless project handoff, ensuring adherence to pricing, timelines, quality standards, and other critical project elements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and outreach efforts in targeted industries.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences to network and promote services.
  • Travel as required to engage clients and oversee business development activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of industry standards and market dynamics in the custom fixture or related design/manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining high-level client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and implement growth initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of sales and development professionals.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and business analytics tools.
  • Strong networking skills and experience representing a company at industry events and conferences.
