The Global MarTech drives strategic direction and solution enablement in support of Marketing Teams. We accelerate innovation and learning, advance sales and delivery excellence with high-caliber Marketing Technology solutions including Adobe technology expertise. Our focus is 4 go-to-market solution areas: Experience and Content Management with a focus on Content Supply Chain, Digital Asset Management; Personalized Insights and Engagement with a focus on Analytics, Customer Data Platforms, and Journey Orchestration; Digital Commerce with a focus on Experience Led Commerce and Product Information Management; Marketing Operations and Workflow with a focus on resource management, reporting and approvals of the content and data required to run Personalization and Campaigns at Scale.
As an Adobe Multi-Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing end-to-end digital solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud products. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs to create a future vision of what is possible. Your expertise will span multiple Adobe products such as AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Workfront, and more, ensuring seamless integration across the platform. Additional expertise in Marketing Technology solutions outside of the Adobe stack is highly valuable to define a fully integrated enterprise MarTech solution.

Compensation and Benefits
Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The targeted base salary range for a Director is $161,000 to $307,000 and the targeted base salary range for a Senior Director is $189,000 to $359,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You'll Do .
- Lead the business architecture and design of multi-solution Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic objectives and propose Adobe and other MarTech solutions that align with their digital transformation goals.
- Oversee the integration of various Adobe products (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Workfront, etc.) with client systems and third-party platforms.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and clients, including developers, analysts, and other architects.
- Conduct reviews and performance assessments to ensure optimal functionality and scalability.
- Stay updated on Adobe product enhancements and industry best practices to ensure solutions are cutting-edge.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, such as scoping, solutioning, and preparing proposals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on digital experience strategies and Adobe product best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and assist in building Adobe-related technical skills across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in architecting and implementing solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud products or related products.
- Strong expertise in multiple Adobe solutions, including AEM (Sites, Assets), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Journey Optimizer, etc.
- Proven experience in integrating Adobe solutions with other enterprise systems (CRM, e-commerce, data lakes, etc.).
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), personalization, and analytics.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Adobe Certified Expert or Master certifications in one or more Adobe solutions (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
