Must excel at client service and have excellent analytical, organizational, written and oral advocacy skills. Take and defend depositions, mediating, negotiating, conducting arbitrations and trials as a first or second chair Litigate for an array of clients in a wide range of sectors, including technology, real estate, government, healthcare, entertainmentmedia, sports, consumer products, insurance, real estate, environmental, licensing, financial services and mergers and acquisitions. Perform routine litigation tasks, Counsel and advise companies on a broad range of legal matters including tort or contract, intellectual property, regulatory matters, commercial disputes among others. Skills Required
