Job Description:
Our client, a provider of commercial, auto and home insurance, is seeking two to three Premium Auditors for a one-year assignment at their Ohio or West Virginia office. Initial training will be onsite, with a hybrid work model to follow.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct mail audits of businesses and corporations to ensure accurate reporting and payment of insurance policy premiums.
  • Complete phone audits as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of property and casualty audit or accounting experience
  • Analyze and interpret accounting records
  • Demonstrate proficiency in spreadsheets applications, particularly Excel
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Exhibit strong customer service orientation
  • Show strong oral and written communication skills
  • Organize, prioritize and complete assigned work
  • Work independently and actively listen to customer requests and concerns to develop appropriate solutions
