Job Description:
This Systems Analyst 2 contractor position is part of the client System Support Services team and will be responsible for providing administration and support of the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) application. The Worker will perform Systems Analyst duties that will include administering course settings and configuration, managing site files, working with program staff on adding new courses, if required, performing server-side administration, problem resolution and troubleshooting, and more.

Required Skills:

• 4 Required Hands-on experience as systems administrator of server-side applications or Software as a Service (SaaS) applications
• 4 Required Experience with Windows Server Operating System
• 4 Required Experience in administration and support of Moodle or other Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Preferred Skills:

• 2 Preferred Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization
• 2 Preferred Excellent problem resolution and troubleshooting skills
• 2 Preferred Solid teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff
• 2 Preferred Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams
• 2 Preferred Experience in Agile development and sprint planning

Benefits:
Rate: $55.67 to $66.67/Hr DOE
100% Remote
