• Significant Communication Gaps
  • Significant time was spent communicating and over communicating the expected work to be done
  • Quality of deliverables was poor even after sharing examples and giving feedback
• Technology and Experience Gaps
  • Engineer is missing critical hands on skills
    • Java
    • Spring (crucial framework in AirView technical stack)
    • Containers / Docker
    • Process debugging
  • Training with access to online classes are moving too slowly

• Full-stack java engineers with native cloud Infra as Code/AWS exp
• Former experience as a Systems Architect, Developer, and/or DevOps
• Real world application of AWS knowledge
  • Associate and/or Professional level AWS certifications are a huge plus
