Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full scope of project accounting, including preparation and distribution of financial draws, waiver processing, and timely reporting
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy in close-outs, accruals, and percentage of completion tracking
- Coordinate and manage subcontractor pay applications, advances, disbursements, and related paperwork to maintain seamless financial flow
- Perform reconciliations for general ledgers, conduct draw analyses, and manage monthly reconciliations to support project financial health
- Collaborate on special projects and provide office support as needed to maintain smooth daily operations, taking on additional tasks to enhance financial accuracy and project success
- 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally within the construction industry or a project-based role
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially in Outlook, Excel, and Word, for effective communication and data management
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills to ensure accuracy and maintain high standards in financial reporting
- Competitive Salary: $75,000-$80,000/year
