We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Operations team. Under General supervision, the Sales Administrator will directly assist customers and our Sales Department by providing quotations and processing orders. This position will also maintain various databases with up-to-date and accurate information. It will also be necessary to communicate information between departments and with customers in a clear and thorough manner. All aspects of this job will be performed using excellent customer service skills.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare accurate quotations for customers.
- Process sales orders via phone, email, or webstore.
- Maintain customer webstore accounts.
- Act as a resource to customers and peers with various inquiries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records electronically.
- All other duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Administration or Support or Product Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM, and Sage 100.
- Excellent knowledge of sales and customer service principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
